Missions
This department oversees all cross-cultural missions work and our international and domestic church planting. This year, we have several short-term outreach trips that will change lives and help people personally respond to God’s command to GO! We purpose to help fulfill Bethel’s mission to be “...global in vision...” in two ways:
1. We motivate the congregation for missions; mobilize them for prayer, financial giving, and personal participation in bringing closure to the Great Commission; prepare them for cross-cultural ministry, encourage and disciple those called to serve as missionaries; and care for Bethel Temple members serving on the mission field.
2. We work to identify, equip, send, and support those from the congregation who are called to plant churches, and we provide administrative and ministry support to those churches that are a part of Bethel’s network of churches.
